Stupid Room Mate Dave

Does anyone know how best one could sabotage another's computer, without touching it, if it's connected to the same network? I would ideally like to be able to lock him out of the router's network...

The router is my property, btw, I would most prefer to do it from there. And Dave doesn't know enough about computers to figure out what happened.
